everyday must do list

jog for 15 minutes everyday.
read the newspaper
finish the homework
do mask
apply blemish remover
put rubber on my braces
massage my eyes
revise.
eat black seasame.
eat molasses
eat more vegetables
eat more fruits
cook more instead of packing food
spend RM 3 per day only


phrase of the day: trying to find out how many things i able to finish.
